Your Bug Report will be sent directly to the Developers at Miva Merchant. We do evaluate every item submitted as a potentail bug or inaccuracy.

Often times, a reported bug does turn out to be a misconfiguration or misunderstanding of the feature. If you feel that your bug report may be a misconfiguration, please refer to the Miva Merchant documentation.

Submitting a bug report with this form does not guarantee that a fix will be included in the next product update or patch.
